Avoiding Stock Photo Rejection
Posted by Dan Feildman | Filed under my google
When entering the stock photo sales arena your digital camera is the most important tool you will have. Acceptance or rejection of your images will depend foremost on the quality of the image you are selling; to receive the best quality images I personally recommend a 5 mega-pixel digital camera that is set to maximum resolution.
Never submit more than 50 photos at a time and be careful not to upload the same photo twice, as this will also lead to possible photo rejection and even to account closure. To avoid this happening, don’t change the file name as your PC will point out any duplicates, and then when you are have a batch to upload change the file names accordingly. Windows has built in software for multiple file name changes, so it is just a question of a few clicks and won’t be a time wasting exercise.
Besides your camera the second most important factor is choosing the right keywords for your photos, thereby increasing your sales. The internet contains a variety of sites that have tools to help you figure out which keywords would work best for your photos. Another way you can figure out keywords is to view similar photos on Google Image and see which keywords are being used for these photos. Don’t go crazy on keywords however, limit yourself to 6-10 per image as any more than 10 might be considered spam and rejected.
So as I said quality is the main determinating factor to avoid Photo rejection, so make sure that the images are not out of focus, and that the light balance is even. Also if your photos may be too large in size, especially if you aiming at optimum quality, so my suggestion would be to use either Adobe Elements or Adobe Photoshop to reduce the sizing, as with this software the quality will not be affected. If you need to make an image larger, don’t go over 5% as the quality will be reduced significantly.
Finally don’t submit any image that has previously been rejected. It’s better to take that shot again, but this time paying attention to the above guidelines, as this way your photos will hardly ever be rejected and your photos will make you a lot more money.

Take Note Of These Good Design Practices
Posted by Ferdinand Emy | Filed under my google
Your web site is where your business resides — its like the headquarter of an offline company. Hence, it is consequential to practice good design principles to insure your site reaches out to the maximum number of visitors and sells to as many persons as feasible.
Make sure you have clear directions on the navigation of your website. The navigation menu should be uncluttered and concise so that visitors know how to navigate around your website without confusion.
Reduce the number of images on your website. They make your site load very slowly and more oftentimes than not they’re very unnecessary. If you think any image is essential on your site, ensure you optimize them utilizing image editing programs so that they have a minimum file size.
Keep your text paragraphs at a reasonable length. If a paragraph is overly long, you should split it into separate paragraphs so that the text blocks won’t be overly great. This is vital because a block of text that is too large will deter visitors from reading your content.
Ensure your website complies to web standards at www.w3.org and make sure they are cross-browser compatible. If your website looks great in Internet Explorer but breaks horribly in Firefox and Opera, you’ll lose out on a lot of prospective visitors.
Avoid employing scripting languages on your site unless its absolutely necessary. Use scripting languages to handle or manipulate data, not to create visual effects on your website. Heavy scripts will slow down the loading time of your site and even crash a good number of browsers. Plus, scripts aren’t supported across all browsers, so some visitors might miss consequential info because of that.
Use CSS to style your page content because they save a lot of work by styling all elements on your website in one go.

One Magic Way to Get Free Targeted Traffic
Posted by Henry Zeng | Filed under my google
Do you know there are two types of traffic? Targeted traffic and non-targeted traffic. Targeted traffic from people who are interested in your web pages and would be more likely to spend money on what you offer.
And non-targeted traffic consists of the people who are not interested in buying what you have. They will not part with their money for what you are selling.
Obviously, it’s the targeted traffic that we’re interested in. It’s no need to try to convince the non-targeted groups into buying from you. You’ll be wasting both your time and effort.
You may also hear that most free traffic sources will give you untargeted visitors, but here you will get one surefire way to get targeted traffic for Free!
It’s a “fool proof” way to get targeted traffic & passive earning. And, yes, the work is also dull and boring. But it WORKS!
So how it works?
1.Do keyword research, find keywords that are relevant for web pages. These keywords must have low competition that are frequently searched but do not have so many resources on the net.
2.Write your articles around those keywords. Make sure your article title is unique and nobody uses your title.
3.Create a resource box at the end of each of your articles and put link(s) point your site. Put relevant keywords of your site in the text link(s) .
4.Submit your article to article sites. Only submit to those article sites that with high traffic and Google PR.
5.Repeat this process to make it work - YOU SHOULD WRITE AT LEAST ONE EZINE ARTICLE EVERY WEEK.
I recommend you to write 3 new articles per day.
Once you have submitted your article, you can expect to show up on the first page of the results in Google or Yahoo within a week, and usually stay there for between 3 weeks and 2 months.
Summary
You can see that you don’t need to spend any money to set this method up - unlike some of other paid ways.
But remind yourself to be consistent. Most people try something for a brief period of time, and when they don’t see results immediately, they often give up. You may be the exception. If you are, you will see dramatic results.
It is a time-consuming method, you can’t see results overnight. But it provides results for long term - you will be rewarded with free, targeted traffic for years.
